The Full Whack was formed in August 2006 by three ex-Academy of Contemporary Music students with the aim of filling the need for cover bands specialising in up to date popular music. The band's musical direction is mainly classic rock, modern indie rock and R&B hits with many established hits and special requests.

We provide live musical entertainment of the highest quality for almost any event and we can recommend a line up to suit your budget. We have played at weddings, universitys, offices, music bar functions and live gigs, with audience numbers ranging from 20 to 1000 for all ages.

Imagine the recent 'Now, That's What I Call Music' collections without the boy bands, celebrity one-hit-wonders and cheesy Euro dance and you've got a fair idea of the repertoire. Add to that some classic rock, soul, funk, rock'n'roll and guitar pop hits from the 60s to the 90s and that's what you'd expect to hear at a Full Whack gig.
